Google PR: does it matter?

Google PR: does it matter?

Well there are some changes in the data centers, Google, when it comes to Page Rank (PR) over the past few days. As Webmaster, many of us, yes, including me, look at the holy Google PR update as a kind of sign, and we do a good job with our site. I decided it was a good time to analyze the importance of PR.
First of all PR just calculate how much you have backlinks, and the importance of each of them. There are many formulas, which uses Google, but it remains a big secret of what it is. Many will tell you just get a few good links PR7-PR9 and you'll have at least a PR5, but in my practice is not always correct. All-PR7 PR9 links are not equal. Some say that if the links are relevant to your niche sites (theme) than it would be of great value for PR. Again, this is not my expertise. The best way I found to build PR, to continually create backlinks, where possible. If they are PR juice is fine, if not, then someone can see your site and visit it. If you have a choice between a high reference PR PR and low-link with all other factors being equal, I would have higher PR.
Now, when I explained a bit about PR, lets look at the value of PR. After many back links is very important for any site. Having a high PR, it usually means that you have built some good relationships earlier. Does that equal more traffic? It can, but in most cases, it is not in itself equal more traffic. The basic meaning of public relations in the value it brings to your ability to sell your blog, reviews and links. People are buying advertising often pay more for a link to the site a high PR, than at the lower site of PR. Another factor in the importance of PR, when you go to sell your website or blog. Higher PR is often times, what the buyer is willing to pay for the site.
If you do not plan to sell your website or blog and you are not concerned about selling advertisements or text links, this is a waste of time to even bother, but you have PR or not.
So why webmasters drool on PR? It just comes down to that, except where your site is search engine results (SERPs), PR is the way that Google gives you some sign that you're doing something right for your site. This assigned number. You can see it, share it, advertise, you have, and it feels like a big pat on the back of the Google gods.
People began to webmaster for many reasons. This can be for fun as a hobby to make money, to advertise their business, or simply to experience sharing their lives with other people. Whatever the reasons, PR looks good, but does not mean anything at all, if you do not have traffic to your site or blog. That's why I stressed the need for quality content. PR's fun to watch and be excited, however, you must first create your site or blog for the benefit of users. Create original content, advertising, where you can. and do everything possible to get quality traffic flowing to your site.
In conclusion, PR is of little significance and Google PR updates are waiting for Santa on Christmas, but in the big scheme of web development, PR has very little value. Spend time to develop the best website or blog, you can, and the rest get sorted out if we have the patience to wait. If you add the best content possible and make the best SEO you can, I assure you, that others will follow him.
