Review of the film "Slumdog Millionaire" Plot: An eighteen-year orphan from the Mumbai slums Jamal Malik in front of the whole nation was at arm's length from the real treasures - twenty million rupees, he will receive the correct answer to this question game show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" But when the shooting interrupted the show for the night , Jamal is in prison: police suspect boyfriend of fraud - well, where a child who grew up on the street knew so much? Desperate to prove his innocence, Jamal tells the story of his life. "Musical America" Crazy money cut across work by Danny Boyle. If you try, in all its materialistic mess you can hear a recognizable tune of one and the same naive simpletons who follow the destiny tortuous life journey. Almost the entire filmography - talented, but the perennial permutation of terms. However, that's strange - the joy that arises from the cheerful mediocrity of some of his works, always remains practically unchanged. Classical and traditional, if you like. Of course, the secret cult British lies solely in the toolbox. He, like anyone else, can erode the concept of time in the frame: two hours fly by like five minutes. And it's not the structure of the film, performed in a nervous and exciting format TV quiz show. There is a rare ability to bring forth the ideal popular movies, demonstrating competent and dynamic collection of all their skills. The first hour of "Slumdog Millionaire" look like a real tool for non-linear editing, animated fairy-tale humor, gorgeous soundtrack and lush picture. At some point, you can quickly assume that Boyle tries smiksovat risky tale of stolen childhood - edakii Americanized "City of God", was born at the junction of genres. The claims arise when a layer of justifiable sotsialschiny and colorful high-tech bollivudschiny is not nothing but a simple morality, which contrasted with the worldly wisdom of elementary education. Such simplicity, provided their manifestation in homeopathic doses, and may be touched. The problem is that Boyle, like a dishonest leader, constantly confuses cards sly and down hinting at unexpected continuation. But in the end, twisting your fist in your pocket, speaks the words that were so obvious. And it is clear why this blatant dishonesty was widely seen by some revelation and a return to sensible basics entertaining movie. Certainly the film will take place in Russia with the phenomenal success of the foreseeably mental considerations: a tale of Ivan the Fool is always treated with special reverence. And it does not matter possible win hearted candidate. It is clear and without spoilers, that guy anything but will gain through idealistic construction of the story. What would it be - experience, love, money, morality, in the end - does not matter. Interesting in this case only the reaction of Americans who are being groomed bustling Boyle gilded statuette far masterpiece merits. Fuss about this nice, but not brilliant, outstanding pictures can be quite simple to explain, in examining the political aspect of the present realities. People's favorite Jamal - a slightly distorted reflection of another conqueror - the current president Barack Obama. It seems intoxicated with joy academics see in "Millionaires ..." anthem of political correctness, a dream come true - similar to their revolutionary spirit and scope of the story, the real point of today's America and solemn way the winner, passed through fire, water and copper pipes. Apparently, not happy this fact can not a priori. It's a pity only that to the actual quality of movies these raptures, unfortunately, have no relationship. |
